Client experience design strategist leading the XD of the bank’s Global Corporate Card platform.
Leading the collaboration between design, product, technology, and marketing to create a design thinking culture, culminating in a 100% YoY on-time completion rate for all design deliverables since 2021 (up from 55% before my arrival).
Integrated 3 corporate card platforms into 1 to generate efficiencies, improve productivity, and simplify the experience for our 500K plus corporate users, culminating in a 75% YOY increased adoption of product features and saving the platform 2MM annually.
Established a user community to lead ongoing VoC workshops, developing a continuous feedback loop to ensure our products meet and exceed the needs of our clients.
Bank of America, New York — CashPro API Product Manager

Responsible for the commercialization of the CashPro Platform API Channel.
Designed and developed the CashPro API Developer Studio, the bank’s external-facing API portal for client onboarding, integration, testing, and knowledge sharing.
Developed new business by employing design thinking and co-creation practices to organize and run workshops promoting CashPro API with new and existing clients.
Tasked with evolving the API library by developing new services and enhancements, with over 70 APIs to date (started with 3 in 2018).
Managed an Enterprise-wide quarterly API Business Forum focusing on innovation, design, and culture.
Bank of America, New York — Global Corporate Banking Experience Design (XD) Lead

Established and led the bank’s CashPro XD strategy, focused on global corporate banking, cash management, working capital, and trade finance services.
Built the CashPro XD team, responsible for designing the CashPro platform supporting 500K plus corporate users.
Integrated several disparate treasury platforms into one simplified experience across desktop, mobile, host to host, and API channels, continuously earning Greenwich Associates best-in-class client experience rankings.
