Global Card Access is Bank of America's corporate and commercial card platform. I became its XD lead to bring the same rigor around design strategy and process as I did for CashPro. In addition to the UX and XD, I developed the design system, and have set up a user community for continuous feedback with our clients about our products. The below screens are from the GCA cardholder dashboard and portal. From the portal, users can make payments, view their statements, locate important information, and more.
