CashPro is Bank of America's complete digital banking solution, providing all types of clients with products and services for cash management, cash application, payables, receivables, liquidity, investments, FX, trade, and more.
My over role as XD lead was to build a team of designers, set the design vision and strategy, develop our process and routines, and set a collaborative tone with or peers in product management, technology, marketing, and sales.
